and while we were never in any danger, help was on hand just in case.
While it was very sunny it was very cold - The Guinness hat from Ireland came in handy.
On top of Europe
Frank cant believe 1) the size of the advert 2) We find Nicole at the top of the mountain.
The whole place is so well designed to keep you occupied once you get to the top. There were extensive ice caves - even colder than outside but without the wind.

and to top it off there is Scrat (from the movie Ice Age) - just for me?
and that was Mt. Eiger.
Clint Eastwood was not there sanctioning anything, and
for the gullible: we only climbed the last 30 meters, ha ha
the main effort was getting up to catch a 7:30 am train that goes inside the mountain !
We had the most wonderful day. A must do for anyone in the area.
